Now i need a bar one

At game 25 min ago, shop for some new verimark products... get to till and customer in front of me rings up his goods. This takes 6 min... feels like days! The till attendant get him to buy her a bar one!!! He pays and i want to pack my stuff on till... she tells us to move to the front... he tells her no so she points us over there says we should pay there. So we go find a till, till number three we have to wait 7 min again :( . I go find the manager... she was lost not at table... i keep calm and she listens to me... so nice... she goes to the attendant (WHO IS BACK AT HER TILL) this gets me... real unhappy... they talk and the till attendant says she did not know she whould be back so quickly... (to get a choclate stamped and in your back takes 3min) so the manager is happy and says sorry... really... sorry :( so i find my wife and take the goods back!! i am not allowed to give it back and demand my money back??? so may a attendand slap the till is closed sign on counter and tell the customer to go find a till. and why are the managers so care free!!! can i apply for a job??? i also have no skill in working with customers...
