What a let down

We went into look n listen at fourways crossing and no one assisted us. We then asked Michael to Please look and see if they have a series... he came back saying its out of stock as I turned around I found the series we were looking for. I showed it to him and he had no intention to apologise. We then asked him for a second series he came back saying its out of stock so I said to my partner do you want to go look at another pkace, Michael interrupted and said we should go to the mall. As we were leaving the store there we once again found the other series we were looking for. I walked to him to tell him we found it AGAIN he then did not believe me and said he wants to sew so I showed him... He then said let me tell you... so I asked to spreaj to the manager and he told me there is jo manager for the day??? As we left he said let me go call him..Needless to say we left the store without buying anything and the changlcea of us going back there is little..how can you run a business like this... we would much rather support musica. Higly disappointed we are a waiting a response from Head Office.
