DONT BUY AT LOOK & LISTEN CLEAR WATER MALL

I bought a Disney movie yesterday, Alladin, the disk cover was sealed and the actual DVD itself was branded with the Disney logo and the name of the movie, Alladin. When my child played the movie at home we found that the DVD was in fact a series of "Desperate housewifes". I again drove for 25 minutes down the notorious slow Hendrik Potgieter to the mall and asked for an explanation. No explanation was offered, the response from the look and listen staff was flippant and non-caring, they insisted that I take a replacement DVD as the entire batch of Alladin DVD's were faulty. As this is the second time that this has happened to me in six months at this store I was hoping for answers to the following:

1) Does Look & Listen but their DVD's from traffic light peddlers?
2) Why should I continue to support this store after such disgusting service?
3) I wonder if Disney is aware of how this store is damaging the Disney brand?
