2 pmt in one month. NOT HAPPY

First pmt taken around 14/12/13 which was fine but the audacity to take another pmt in same month is taking the. It leaves me now short to pay my other bills. I expect that money back in my bank account today. You had no right to just help yourself to my money. I pay my bills every month on time and feel cheated by beares leaving me with late charges on other accounts due to your selfishness. Please call ne to get this resolved asap.
