I have logged a complain against beares regarding a lounge suite which i bought on 02/09/2013, one of the couches is torn and the store is giving me problems with regards to changing the whole suite, i really am angry and fustrated with beares/lubners service. no one is giving me a positive feedback, even the saleslady is very rude, when i bought those couches they were nice!!! im really angry and now i want my money back ASAP!!!
