I returned a pair of sunglasses to and was told to fill out a form which is processed later to for a refund. I was provided a credit note and told that the funds would take about 5days to be retuned yet nothing has been received to date.

I dealt with Amanda on each occasion. She promised to contact HQ on the 24th and revert with feedback. I've heard nothing from anyone since.
This is shocking service and worst yet, I'm out of pocket. Their returns procedure is ridiculous though probably deliberate to keep your money for as long as possible.
