BAD SERVICE FROM THE WORD GO!

We applied for two telephone contracts. One was to keep my number from Cell C with a Cell C contract. Bad service from the start. We had to keep on phoning why is the airtime not on the phone, the number 084 667 0184 - now two months later there is airtime on the phone but not as per the contract. Lots of phone calls later we where advise they will put credit on the phone - nothing yet! But the thing that is so upsetting is this morning they deducted R3855.76 from my account ref no: 63171429 the normal monthly contact amount R300 for the two contracts. The rest of my deduction on my account can't be debited - insufficient fund - I'm responsible for bank charges etc. I do not have the energy to argue with this people nor to phone them to get this sorted out - which I did this morning they didn't return my call as yet. I just want to know - how soon will they be able to sort out this problem - who can be held responsible for all the extra charges. I have to take of work now to go to the bank to see if they can reverse this amount - It seem like I am the one doing all the running around - and they take all the money... instead of R300... they take almost R4000 what is the excuse?
