I have a secondary card for my mother at Edgars, and in the past 2 month she has changed cards 3 times. The change is because her card is blocked, when she asks why, she is told that she must update her details, every time, then after she gets a new card, what worries me is that it never ends. She was at Montana for the 3 disturbing services.

I decided to go to the branch closest to me, Brooklyn mall, on both visits they confirmed that her card is active, but when she goes to transact she would get the same treatment. I called the call centre this morning, this is after the problem has existed for 2 months, and the lady says the details are up to date and all she must do is go to the nearest branch to get a new card, which will be the 4th, for what really, nobody can give a logically acceptable answer.

I can understand that the cards are cheap for Edgars to be dishing them left, right and centre, but my mother's time and petrol are not cheap, she is old people, is time for her to enjoy her life, not be highlighting big company's lack of professionalism. Can someone please fix this once and for all, Not for her, as I don't think you care much, but for the same of service.
