I bought a shirt at YDE Canal Walk on 20 December 2012. With the holidays, family and personal matters I had to attend to while on leave it slipped my mind taking the shirt back within the 14 day return policy period. On Monday 21 January I took the shirt back for an exchange at YDE Tygervalley. After a really long explanation I was informed that they cannot do the exchange even though the shirt was in its original packaging with the price tag attached. What was appalling to me was the attitude from the two ladies on duty. None of them offered alternative suggestions on how my problem could be solved, instead they look at me with we-dont-do-exchanges-and-thats-it faces. What happened to customer service? People like this should not be employed in the service industry at all!! Given the fact that the average piece of clothing at YDE starts from R250.00 upwards (regardless whether you buy on account or cash) I think that customers should receive proper service in exchange for supporting YDE.

Customer service on Monday 21 January at YDE Tygervalley was nonexistent and I will try and stay clear from YDE Tygervalley!!!
