Ordered an item through SACamera on 25/12 (yes Christmas day) and expected delivery over weekend due to there 1-2 days policy of delivery and taking into account the numerous holidays. 5 days later with no delivery and not even a single email or tel call, I phoned them, I selected the shipping option as this was my problem, only to be told that the problem was not there's and was a sales problem. I then tried ringing sales, again and again with no reply. 30 minutes later I got through and was told I was not in sales (then fix your switchboard) but they would try help me. After once again explaining my problem, I was told the delay was due to not having my phone no in my details which btw was clearly visible if I logged in, and if your system did not work, in todays age we have this amazing system called email. Still none the wiser and as a professional photographer I have no alternative but to shop with my wallett and buy elsewhere.
In the process of typing this letter, SACamera did phone back and informed me they have no stock, which is acceptable, but then let me know, and the fact that you are on skeleton staff is not my problem.
