My account was paid on the 08.12.13 and has not reflected on my account as yet. I have received so many calls and I explained 3 times, but the 4th time I got really upset. When somebody from the call centre calls, is it not reported on the system what the client has said. To repeat myself 4 times is pathetic. I will end all business with Edgar's, they need to get with the times and leave communication on their system, so others can follow, not investigate from the start.
