On the 10.09.2013 at about 06H30 i went to Country View Engine to refill my Gas cylinder. The cashier by the name of Simon "What do you want" in sotho, Without greeting me and he continued charting to the lady with dreadlocks whom i believe is a colleague. He gave me a receipt, after a minute time i asked him, man who is going to help me. He replied go to the gentleman out there. i went back to him to say there are many of stuff members without uniform i can not recognise any of them. He then pointed a gentleman and i went to him for assistance. Unfortunately he was still busy with another customer checking oil, tyre pressure and putting fuel. after 5 min i went back to the store to ask if there other stuff members cannot help me because they are not busy. Simon replied by saying, "You are not special they are waiting for other clients wait for the gentleman". I said to him i am getting late and he said there is no way you must wait otherwise you can go wherever and complaint. The said thing is that i am running a business i lost something like R200.00 for coffee and tea between that time of the morning
