WESTGATE ACKERMANS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN #DISGUSTE

I was in the store shopping for clothing for my son, and when I got to the till to pay, my bag was open and my purse gone. I had R700 in my purse, my bank cards, slips and personal information.
I told the lady at the till who did not look to troubled about the matter and she proceeded to call the manager over the intercom.
She fetched me and asked what the problem was, when I told her she was in no rush to sort out the problem, instead telling me of a number of incidents they've had. We went to the office because i asked her to see the video footage, when we got there we had to wait for one of the assistants to show me the footage, he took his sweet time getting there too. Then I had to wait even longer because they were "busy" in the office. EVENTUALLY we get in there and the computer is off, and then cant find the keys to restart the pc. i kept asking if the cameras work and she told me that they had tested it the day before. i asked if it records while it's off, she said she's not sure and so it went. Long story short the pc did not want to work so I didnt get to see anything, she took my deatils and said she'll phone me but nothing. imagine my child was kidnapped!!!
