Do you want to be insulted when you shop?

After having been a loyal customer at this shop for years, I was upset that the shop assistant started processing someone else's transaction before mine - as I was there 1st. He was really rude to me and his boss defended him. They also NEVER call me when they receive products I have requested even though they promise to let me know. I will not be using this shop again! If they had been more polite, I might have reacted differently. There is a much better pet shop in Chilli Lane - go there.
