I have never seen such lazy staff in my life!

I was not offered assistance and when I eventually begged for it I was told that the shoes I want are out of stock.

Upon my request that the shop assistant advise me whether a different branch has it in stock, I was told that if another branch had it I would have to fetch it from the particular branch. Which I was more than willing to do. Upon a second request for her to check online so that I could at least know WHERE to go, she rolled her eyes at me, sighed and said - "fine, I will look, but don't expect an immediate response from another branch."

Why would she need to be SO rude about it after my polite request? And why could she not think to take down my details to contact me with regards to the availability of stock? WHY is this person employed, if her job is clearly a burden??
