All of the promises are thank u card points

This is the report I lodged on the 7th of January :
First I am a thank u card holder that have lost R203 because my points were not pumped up as promised by Edgars, secondly last weekend there was a 50% on all dresses, swimwear and active wear i went to buy some gym clothes only to find out when I got home that there was no 50% discount why mismarketing?
Then a lady by the name of Fathima promised to follow up, but now she is ignoring my e-mails still no feedback regarding my query.
