Goods never delivered

On the 17 December 2013 i went to purchase bedroomsuit for 16000 cash at Bears Newcastle, they promised to have it delivered friday latest saturday in time for our Sunday Traditional wedding where it was supposed to be displayed. Today 27 December 2013 i decided to enquire about it since it was not delivered and no one bothered to call me and let me know of the reasons for delays. The manager told me she will call the warehouse and call me back when she did calls me back she informed me warehouse is out of stock and they will have it on the 13 of January 2014. Im dissapointed and i've received bad customer service. I just need my money so that i will get a bedroom suit as soon as possible that was the reason i even paid for it cash
