4 days paid delivery not received yet

On 14th dec I purchased a dress for my mom as a christmas gift @ bayside store, they didn't have the right size but store in adderley street branch had one. I requested for it to be delivered to the n1 city branch as its closer for me to pick up. I paid R40 delivery to have it delivered within 4 days. Today is 27 december and still no dress @ n1 city branch. I'm very confused as to why it takes so long to deliver from one branch to another. I had to get mom a different xmas gift as I'm STILL waiting on the dress I have ordered. I'm very disappointed in Truworths team.
