@Home HAS GOT ME SLEEPING ON COLD TILES -BEDLESS!

I payed for a slay bed in an @home branch in durban at the gateway shopping center a month in advance to be delivered to my new home in randburg. The payment was made in January for a delivery for the 31 of January, for convenience sake, on the 31st my furniturewas not delivered and I received NO calls explaining anything to me, I had to sleep on the tiled floors of my flat, keep in mind I'm in the early stages of my pregnancy. On the 1st of Feb I called the durban branch to find out why my bed was not in my possession, I was then given a number for the distribution centre in Johannesburg. I called the centre countless I then called the durban branch again, where now I was continuously being placed on hold. I called from as early as 9am till 6PM and I was told they can't do anything for me, its 3am of the 2nd of Feb and I can't take the pain of sleeping on these tiles, maybe I'm unreasonable or I'm edgy coz of my pregnacy but I don't believe that I'm sleeping on the floor when I had payed for the furniture and delivery a month in advance.

I'm stressed and bedless for an entire weekend, talk about disgusting, unethical service, not impressed at all.
