Staff lack of everything

Your newish store in the sunningdale western cape is a great shop but your staff are pathetic.

As soon as you walk in the doors, you have to stand and wait because staff stand in the middle of the isles chatting away blocking the path of CUSTOMERS who actually pay their salary indirectly.

Then today, after shopping there, the very brainy packer packs heavy items on-top of little tubs of yogurt, causing them to burst, thus wasting my entire supply and inconveniencing me, forcing me now to go back to another store to buy more,
