Charged for airtime i didnt use

Good day on the 14th of December I bought data bundles via my Mr price account but I didn't get the voucher, and I was billed R149.00, tried to call customer care but don't get any help, they gave me another no to call n I spoke to Grant who was rude n told me to call vodacom to sort out my issue, um disappointed with Mr price I don't know what to do now and iam expected to pay for what I didn't use
