I attended CNA ThreeRivers to buy a Nike Kinect Trainer. The games are locked up, I asked employee for the price, he advised it is R250 and handed it directly to the cashier. After purchasing the product they handed it to me and it was the incorrect product. She had to attend to refund and I had to buy the correct product (correct price R400). She called the manager and after approximately 20min they proceeded to chat, I waited. I advised my time is limited-they ignored me. Due to frustration I took my money and left. I then went to CNA Vaalmall, they did not have stock and advised they will enquire from the ThreeRivers branch and same could then be supplied at Vaalmall, he returned and advised in the negative-after approximately 10min. I asked him to make sure as I was just there. After another 10min he advised he is still waiting the line. Needless to say I left with nothing. I cant remember when last Ive seen such bad service- 1 day, 2 different stores??!!
