Stinky attitude

I am highly upset at the attitude of certain staff in Game Southgate. Firstly, I was advised that branches are out of stock for a certai product, but that was ot true. I did purhase the item the same day by contacting aother branch. Secondly, on Saturday I visited the store just bfore it opens ad only left at 15h00. These delays were due to the staff and their unfriendly attitude. Kobus had an argument with me and other customers, refusing to assist, giving out incorrect info that we had to wait for almost 3hours and a delay at the tills for another 2 hours. This is definitely unacceptable. I also advised a gentleman that I am interestested in purchasing the Blackberry phone on display. He told me that I should come the next day and it will be kept as I asked, but when I got there, the phone was sold and I did not remember the gentleman I spoke to. I am not the only one who experienced this. Besides the store ran out of DV forms and it took the person more than 2hours to get them from aother store, 15minutes away. I called the staore in question and was advised that this was collected 2 hours ago.
