Pharmacist assistant incompetent

You might want to reconsider who you hire as pharmacy assistants. I went to go get some medication and the guy helping me had no clue as to what he was doing. He asked the pharmacist (good), but I don't feel comfortable that you have someone who clearly knows nothing giving people medication.
