Who's fault is it anyway?

L went to buy some cakes and muffins, and the price quoted from their bakery displays is not the same as the one on the tills. on the tills they charge you more than what the product is quoted to be selling at and they didn't sell the items to me at the price l saw them at, day light of sheer misrepresentation and this happened three times already.

Pick n Pay Orange Farm is very arrogant towards their customers, they don't care about customer right and they think they are the only retail store. They have the "whatchu gonna do about it"? type of attitude, and little do they know that we have Hello Peter...
