When I was paying, cashier called the Supervisor (Thabisile) cashier inquired with her regarding the vouches that says barrier please give a consumer R15.00 discount for any Uniliver tub margarine for 1kg and for 500 and 250g is R10.00. Thabisile asked me were I got them, I told her that I got them from a promoter at North gate, she said to me the person who gave me is a criminal, so a left the butters. Later i went again to buy staff for Xmas day e.g. snacks, charcoal, the Manager by the name of Mahindra sent somebody to call me I was out side going back to work because my lunch time was over. He said to me: WHAT IS THE STORY WITH THE BUTTER? DONT ME HERE I WANT THE TRUTH; I EVEN WENT TO YOUR MANAGER TO TELL HIM THAT I AM OPENING A CASE AGAINST YOU. He went out to call somebody I left his office because I was late.

This type of attitude is unacceptable I am being humiliated treated like a criminal. I want the Pick 'n Pay Head office to do something about the Supervisor and Manager. What happen to best customer service at Pick and Pay.
