Unhappy about service

I fail to understand why does it take long for bradlows to repair my television, the only time they communicate with me is only when i write a complain to hello peters.the last time they phoned me, they said i should wait for an sms that comes from the supplier thats fixing my television and even this day im still waiting for that sms, can someone please help me its now eight months without a t.v but only promising stories that i will receive my tv within two weeks.i dont think im gonna buy anything from them again this is a lesson i wil never forget in my life.
