Builders Express
Bad Service

Having been to Builders express 8 working days ago, and being promised a response to my query on the same day, I am still waiting for this response.
I want to buy my kitchen cupboards from them, as the assistant said he was very busy and could not assist me with my design at that moment, he would put something together and send it to me before the close of day.
2 phone calls later and still no response.
I'm sure the final quote is going to be a rather large amount of money, but it seems this might be to small a transaction for them to concern themselves with.
I am in the process of purchasing from another co.
Thanks for nothing Builders Express, I will not see the inside of your shop again.not that you care I'm sure
