Xmas Gifts Exchanged

On the 21st December i purchased Xmas gifts for my kids and was not impressed with the service i got from the sales staff, but on the 3rd of January when I went to exchange the games I got sparkling service and attitude from the manager, he helped me choose new games for them and helped me exchange hassle free. Mohamed had a great attitude and showed real maturity dealing with my exchanges, he is a definite asset to the company
