Purchased a Hardrive and two weeks later it's broken. To send it back and only to come back to you to advise that YOU have broken it but we will credit you 50% of the money you spent is ridiculous. Sometimes you accept that their are faulty products out there and also accept that the data you saved and currently use is lost forever but to give this type of poor service is beyond me. What ever happen to accepting or taking accountability for broken / faulty goods but rather lets see where i can score and make a quick buck off someone else seems to be the name of the game in this organisation
