Unhappy with packing

I went shopping this afternoon at Pick n Pay Middestad. The cashier (Ntombi Faltien) was very helpful, its the coloured lady who helped her that I have a problem with. She was doing the packing and I wasn't watching her because I assumed she knows how to do her job. When I got home I saw that the ice cream was packed side ways and it spilt all over my shopper back. If she had gone to training she should know the basics of packing. I'm really not happy about this especially because its a day before Christmas, I can't go back all the way to bellville for a tub of ice cream.
