Poor (no) service and overcharged

On receiving an e-mail from [URL Removed] that for 10th December toys were offered at buy 3 and get cheapest free, I went on line and selected my toys, I chose 4 toys. When cashing out I was given a very fine time limit and thus rushed about doing it, I now know that this is a to distract you and force you to have no time to check account. I received a delivery date of 17th December.
On 13th dec I was informed that they had a problem sourcing half of my order but would deliver part of order on 17th dec. It arrived. I then waited and waited, no response. On 19th dec I tried to phone to find out what was happening. After 2 hours of hanging on I decided to leave my number for call back as prompted, guess what "message box full" seems like many more of us were conned. I then sent an e-mail as further suggested, I still have not had any response. On 20th dec I eventually got through by phone and was told that 1 further item would be delivered that day. I cancelled the final item. I have also since my payment, discovered that I never received my discount. Their reply - sorry but you should have requested it with order and it is now too late! Why should I have to REQUEST my discount!
