Wow, Good Call Centre Agent went the extra Mile

I have just had a very pleasant conversation with a consultant a First for women. He really understood what He was selling and was extremely pleasant to talk to. Shaheed was not "signing" as He put it He talked in a very honest and convincing voice. I felt he didn't sound jaded in his work but is out for the clients best interest. Thank you.
