Lost my bisiness

I recently moved and the local Checkers is my closest big shopping center. Me and my daughter was very disappointed with the service we received, first of all the goods were over priced and of poor quality, the 100 cheeses they advertise and brag with was not to be found and also very over priced. The personal at the tills were rude to say the least. Further more we as customers are accustom to buy bags, but since we are buying it, I found it very bad when the personal did no effort to keep it whole and just pressed as much as possible in there making it impossible to re-use. To top it all after buying two trolley's full of goods we were stopped by a guard who wanted to check our till slip. How would that even be possible? You have lost my business for sure.
