Emotionally abusive, bad attitude

I have been doing casual work for exclusive books canal walk branch, i am disgusted with the behavior of the manager analize, she is disrespectful, and emotionally abusive, she is like this with customers as well, she should definitely not be in the customer business as she reprimands her employees in front of the whole store making a scene with nothing involving them! thus very abusive . she slams phones down in peoples ears with is not acceptable! please do something about this!!
