Seriously what is happening with pick & pay

I just bought a box of choc stix from the above branch and to my surprise, the choc stix was expired 2 months ago and when i opened it, it was mouldy.

I immediately retured it to customer service. Nolwazi didnt even have the decency to greet me first of all. I then told her that the choc stix is expired and showed her how mouldly it is and all she sed was, "do u want another box"

Seriously??? what the. I sed to her, have u not seen what I just showed u. She looked at me as if thou I had commited a crime. You told her that she didnt even have the decency to apologise and she sed to me that is she gona give my money back.

Its not about the money, its about customer service.

I work upstairs from this store and I am in the store every single day. This stores service has gone to the dogs big time.
