Choc hazelnut shake without choc or hazelnut

Last night we visited Waterstone Village, Somerset West Spur with our children, instead of the one at Somerset Mall or Strand where we usually go.

We visit the Spur quite often and always have the Choc Hazelnut Speciality Milkshake. Therefor we KNOW what it should taste like.

We got our runny, white vanilla shake and after we tasted it, decided it tasted too revolting to suffer through it. Sent it back and back came the same disgusting vanilla water!

Sent it back again and explained we actually wanted the CHOC HAZELNUT, not vanilla, the one thats got choc syrup on the side of the glass. Management said they never make it this way.

This time we got the milkshake back again, more watery and runny vanilla flavouered milk, at least with the chocolate syrup on the sides of the glass. Management said that they never put the chocolate on the sides.

There was no hazelnut in there either and not even chocolate decoration on the top. And I'm not talking about picture thats being advertised for the shake, I'm talking from experience! It should taste like chocolate and hazelnut! I feel so ripped off having to pay that price for the disgusting vanilla water! Wake up people, get it right
