Please make up your mind what is correct

I paid my account in November and had a buying balance of 1715.00 then i received a sms in December to say i have a 1859 credit to buy as at 10 december then today i receive my statement to say available credit 849 and the statement date of issue is 08 December.

Please let me know what is happening??? this is highly disturbing that you have random amounts that u say i have credit for!!! which one is right???
