I've cancelled my contract with Cell C on 17 November 2012. This is what mr Fulane wrote on 7 January 2013, no feedback since or any reaction:

Good afternoon

Please be advised that the statement dated 1st of December 2012 is correct as the last statement for the line was supposed to be issued in December 2012.

We confirm that the R12.08 in credit balance will be refunded to you. Within seven (7) working days.
