Service unacceptable

We purchased 3 bed bases with mattresses and 2 headboards. I requested delivery after 13:30' we waited 4 hours for delivery, then received a damaged headboard. The delivery guy said he would go back and pick up a replacement and bring through this evening. We are still waiting it is now19:20 and we are 10 minutes from the shop. We made several calls to the manager for this delivery, and am waiting to hear from the Manager if we were happy with the delivery. I guess I'm expecting way to much from Gary. Not impressed, it cost a fortune and no customer care .. Shoddy service
