Im utterly disgusted and horrified after being humiliated by manager and sales person, who were so unhelpful, rude, unprofessional with a terrible attitude. I purchased an wardrobe on the 15-08-13 which I saw in the web and one was in stock but damaged. The salesman promised me that 1 would be available on/before the 20-8-13.I received a call from the manager reprimanding me to come pickup the wardrobe and I confirmed that I'll will be @ the store on the 23rd. I took leave to travel to vryburg which is 280km away(@my cost). I was shocked to discover that I have been called to come pick the very same wardrobe which was ripped outa the system because its damaged. What do they take me for? I asked for the manager because the salesman told me the was nothing he could do, the manager insisted I take that damaged wardrobe or get my refund to go buy @ the nearest competitors. Nobody wanted to take full responsibility concerning my matter. OKF have not kept their word, have wasted my day and have obviously inconvenienced me.iv lost Diesel for travelling and still don't have my money and wardrobe. What communication methods are there? does OK have any principles to redress? They gave me a getlost attitud
