Delivered cheap wardrobe

I bought a bed and wardrobe on the 2nd of August 2013. The furniture was delivered to my wife after a month. I was surprised to see a cheaper wardrobe which doesn't exist in their shops. Th e robe cost below R900 in other shops yet i bought one for nearly R3000. I reported the matter the following day and they said they will solve the matter immediately. Every time i want the feedback from them i have to go to shop or phone them of which they hung up on me. Now is 2month nothing has been solved yet i am paying their installment. i even paid for transport and the manager was saying i have to bring the robe to the shop at my cost. I regret doing business with this company. they really make me seek and they are playing a fool out of me. Their motto says we treat you like your are the only customer yet whenever i go to their shop i see a queue of customers with complaints. I feel like company's' like these should be stopped from trading before they more people.
