Rotten products again!

Bought milk from Checkers Hyper Edenvale with a best before date of 24 December 2013. This morning, 19 December the milk is sour, FIVE days before the BB date. How is that possible?
Also bought a pack of Jive ice creams, when we opened it, it was one soggy mess.
It is obvious that their fridges don't work properly and I've brought it under the attention of management previously when I bought chicken and steak which was rotten. What's worse is that the store manager/supervisor phoned me, admitted that they have a problem with their fridges but a year later it's still not fixed!?!? And I didn't even got compensated for the money I lost due to the rotten products. That is shocking service!!!
