Recently bought an item from [URL Removed] After ordering everything needed, I immediately received an email from [URL Removed] stating that I need to pay and send through the POP for the items to be shipped. After waiting for more than a week and contacting the supplier on several times, a person called Koot responded stating that they dont have stock and they only have another make but it is more expensive.

This to me is not acceptable. Firstly they shouldnt have invoiced if they dont have any stock. Secondly only geting back to me more than a week later only stating they have no stock. Thirdly they make the fact that they dont have any stock my problem cause now I have to find something in 1 day.

I feel that they should have made a plan to get the item or sent me an item doing the same thing even if it is more expensive. It should be their loss, not mine!!!
