The Bed Shop
Despicable after sales service!!

I purchased two beds from the bed shop at the Westland retail crossing in May 2013, after seeing and advert on TV.
Two weeks later I went to the store ands reported that the threads were coming out on one of the bases and the mattress had tiny holes. Since the bed was not even a month old I asks for them to replace it. One month went past and still nothing was done. I called Louis the owner of the store and he then sent the manager to my house on the 01 July 2013. She view it and said she will replace it. To date the bed was not replaced. I have since called the store and left numerous messages for louis. I have also spoken to Louis on numerous occasions. He keeps taking down my number but never hear from him. It is now 5 months since I purchased the bed and nothing was done!!! Seems like The Bed Shop Makes false advertising on TV. It's sad when you try to support the store closed to you!!! Never will I recommend The Bed Shop to anyone. Actually will discourage people from buying from you guys!!!
