In search of paypoint and service unpleasant

I went to the shop to shop for some clothes the store currently have a sale on the cosmetics and so i bought a few products the stock is dirty the lip gloss and the holder was wet from the lip gloss that leaked .i went to look at the purses and then i at the sunglasses was a client already paying so as i walked in search of a pay point there are no signs in the store and i went to the nearest assistants that was chatting away not evening noticing me walking past them twice i stooped and i asked them help the directed me to a hidden pay point around a corner where there was a lady she refused to help me she said she cant help me she is on training .i then walked to the make up counter on the other side of the store and then she directed me to the other till point .when i got there the service was unfriendly and i don't think IL ever want to shop in that store again very pathetic layout and the staff do not care and just bad service on their side.
