Hi there,

I've Applied for loan at Capfin had no Problem to pay my account 6203040938080 last month I've change bank details
I personally phoned 08/05/2013 and forwarded ID copy and Nedbank letter to update my records, the lady she confirm received details will be updated (done)
The 27th I called spoke to Sindiswa she was competent and also advise bank details were received on time Finance did not update then I've asked her to liaise with her superior Venesa to update or to call me Vennesa called advise me to go back to the bank again to request all details that they've received already 08/05/2013 I NEED TO RESEND THEM I TOLD HER SHE MUST be joking I've wasted my time and make sure that I forward all required doc on time if the staff not incompetent she mustn't make my problem she says she will f/up and call me back, today 30/05 the lady by the name of AYANDA she was very rude telling me that she will list me on credit bereu and I MUST PAY MY ACCOUNT she keep on screaming at me with no respect so as a consumer I need respect as mush I've borrowed money from paying them on time with no unpaid I need that laady AYANDA to be sorted out with immediate effect
