One of the best experiences i have had with shopping after a long time. i bought a gift for my daughter's birthday a month before. Needless to say as soon as it came i had to hide it so that it could not be found (with the box it came in). on the day of her birthday she open her gift and with all the excitement rip the boxes up to get to the gift. only to realize that it was the wrong model. i called Takealot nervously, knowing the packaging was damaged. they arranged for a the delivery company to pick it up and arranged for the new model to be delivered to my vacation location. no hassle, no fuss. i'm so impressed. i take my cap off to you for excellent service.
