We bought almost R30000 worth of furniture from them about 2 years ago. Within the 1st year the bed broke. We insisted that we exchange it for a different type of bed and was more than willing to pay in the difference but he insisted that they replace it with the same unit. Now a year later the replacement bed has broken as well and in all the same places that the previous one did. His attitude is that he doesnt have any other complaints re this bed and we are the only ones. He insists that all he can do is replace the faulty parts. After almost 2 months finally we arrange that they come to replace the parts and the driver comes here with the wrong beds parts. I spoke to Salvin again and insisted we want a different bed, now all of a suddene he is willing to replace the whole unit but again with the same quality bed as the previous 2 times. Another week has now gone and i am still waiting.
