@ Home don't honour their prices

On 21 Jun I went to purchase a new bathmat at Somerset mall branch -in Duck egg colour to replace a mat that had been bleached by workman. On going to the section where the bathmats were situated there were duck egg bathmats in 2 of the cubicles and the prices marked at R149 and R159 but on getting to the till I was charged R199 . I queried this with Nadja (a supervisor? and two other staff) and I was told "they had not yet moved the prices. If it is marked at that price that should be the price - If you go to P and Pay they have this advertised that you get the lower price/for free. Despite my argument that the label for twill bathmats (even if it reads white) was directly where all the bathmats were (and NO sign of a R199 in the same location) to be seen. The staff would not move on the price to accommodate what was marked on the cubicles -nor any apology for an error forthcoming- I then demanded a full refund and have decided to never go into that store again. They had the opportunity to correct their error- but as their attitude was of -just go away we are not going to do anything let alone apologise - what a pity that they are so arrogant to think it ends there
